Ingredients:
1 Tbsp Zen Basil Seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of salt
2 Tbsp sweetener of choice ( I used allulose)
2 Tbsp yogurt of choice
12 oz water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except yogurt together into a cup and let sit for 5 minutes. Then add the yogurt. Stir until everything is blended well.
