Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup milk (any unsweetened kind will work)
1-2 Tbsp Zen Basil Seeds
1 cup yogurt
1 cup ice
Optional Topping:
Coconut flakes
Shaved chocolate chip
Instructions:
Add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend for 30-45 seconds.
Pour into glasses and top with coconut flakes and shaved chocolate chips!
