Zen Basil Seeds Raspberry Lemon Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
2 scoops vanilla 20/20 fiber/protein/ powder
1 mini cucumber
Juice of 1 whole lemon
1 1/2 cup unsweetened flax milk
1 Tbsp Zen Basil Seeds
1 cup ice
Process:
Place all ingredients in blender and pulse to desired consistency.
